Handcrafted Products: Each umbrella is individually handcrafted. Minor variations in colors, feathers, trim, embellishments, and placement may occur, making every piece unique.

Custom Orders: All custom orders are created according to the customer’s approved design, colors, and personalization details. Please review and confirm all order details before production begins.

Color Disclaimer: Actual colors may vary slightly from website photos due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and material availability.

Production Time: Custom umbrellas require time to design and create. Production and delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of ordering. Rush orders may be subject to additional fees.

Payments & Cancellations: Custom orders may require a deposit or full payment before production begins. Cancellation, refund, and order-change terms will be communicated before payment. Because personalized items are made specifically for each customer, cancellation and refund eligibility may be limited as permitted by applicable law.

Shipping & Delivery: Shipping fees, delivery estimates, and any applicable tracking information will be provided when the order is placed. Delivery dates are estimates unless otherwise confirmed.

Care & Use: These umbrellas are decorative, handcrafted accessories. Handle them with care to protect the feathers, fringe, trim, and other embellishments. Unless specifically designed and identified for weather protection, they should not be relied upon as protective rain umbrellas. Avoid strong winds and severe weather.

Final Approval: Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, initials, colors, and other personalized details before approving their custom order.

By placing an order, with Luxelovebyyolanda.com customers acknowledge that handcrafted products may have minor variations and agree to the policies disclosed before purchase.
